I am anti-harassment and anti-censorship, sometimes known as proship. While I personally don't enjoy most taboo themes, I believe fiction is a safe way to explore these concepts. The relationship between fiction and reality is complex, and an individual's interests in fiction do not necessarily reflect what they believe, condone, or practice in real life.No one should be harassed for the fictional content they create or consume, although reasonable steps should be taken to appropriately tag or warn for such content.The above applies strictly to fiction and fictional characters. Incest, abuse, sexual assault, CSA/CSEM, etc. in reality or involving real people is deplorable.
